These terms apply to sunglasses purchases at kicksmode.store, operated by EVA DANY MONTQUE GARCIA as Kicks Mode Store.
Accepted payment methods
Use one of the payment methods available for your purchase at our Shopify checkout. Availability can depend on your location, device, and payment provider. The options displayed at checkout are the methods currently accepted for that order.
Prices, currency, and order total
Product prices and checkout charges are in U.S. dollars (USD). Before you confirm payment, checkout displays your items, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the total amount payable. Please review this total and your delivery information before placing your order.
If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or conversion fee. Those charges are set by the provider; check its terms for details.
Import duties, import taxes, and customs-clearance charges
For orders delivered to the United States, Kicks Mode Store bears any applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs-clearance charges. Customers are not required to pay additional charges of these kinds on delivery. If a carrier requests any such payment, contact kysnoogndmctt@outlook.com so we can resolve the charge.
This commitment concerns import-related charges. Any sales tax collected at checkout is shown separately in the order total before you confirm payment.
Payment questions and incomplete orders
A temporary authorization may appear while your payment provider processes a transaction. An authorization is not an additional purchase charge.
If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, check the billing information or contact your payment provider. If you are unsure whether an order succeeded, check for an order confirmation or contact us before placing the same order again.
Payment information
Payment information is processed through the providers connected to checkout. Only use the payment fields at checkout to submit payment details. Please do not send full card numbers, card security codes, or account passwords by email.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility and processing are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or provider controls any additional posting time and its own currency conversion treatment. If we cancel a paid order before shipment, we refund the canceled items, applicable taxes, and associated shipping charges. We initiate refunds for canceled unshipped orders within five business days, or sooner if required by law.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or any right to raise a payment dispute under applicable law or your payment provider's rules.
