2. Scope These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on this website by consumers. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
3. Products All products are described as accurately as possible. In the event of an error or omission, our liability shall be limited to the value of the product concerned.
4. Pricing All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be billed at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
5. Orders An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
6. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secured.
7. Shipping Orders are shipped worldwide. Delivery to France takes 5–7 business days. International delivery times vary by destination (7–21 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with French and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us before the deadline. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
9. Returns & Refunds Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
10. Warranties All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
11. Liability We shall not be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
12. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to find an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, you may refer the matter to a certified mediator. French law applies to these Terms of Sale.
